The ticket is strictly personal and it’s valid until 19.30 of the day of its release.

Children must be accompanied and guarded by their parents or a delegate during the navigation.

Dogs must be kept to the leash and should be provided of muzzle. 

In case of impossibility of landing due to force majeure, the passenger may be disembarked in one of the following stops of his/her choice, without any right of compensation or refund.

The service will take place only in favourable conditions. No claim for damages or ticket refund will be considered by the Soc. “Golfo Paradiso” srl for delays and total or partial suspension of the service due to unfavourable weather conditions or force majeure.

For the passengers heading to Recco: the captain is able to stop in Recco before then in Camogli at his choice.

The service will take place only in favourable weather and sea conditions, according to the captain’s evaluations. Any schedule changes or suspensions due to unfavourable marine and weather forecasts or conditions or due to domestic service needs will be posted on the timetable of Camogli’s pier.
